I just have to write. It’s what I do. I write about life: time management, money, health. Next to writing, helping people find products that solve problems is my passion.
The Ubiquitous About Page
I am a professional editor and journalist who specializing online content and marketing. I write to inform consumers and do social media management things for small businesses. I’m also a prayer minister, master gardener and a compulsive researcher with assorted interests that change depending on what’s going on at the moment. Those varied interests are reflected on this site, and hopefully you find information here that can make your every-day life easier and more fulfilling.
Currently, I am working on a year-plus massive editing project for RetirementLiving.com. I’m also the Personal Finance Software Contributing Editor at ConsumerAffairs.com and I learned quite a few schools have used my Antivirus Buyer’s Guide as a resource.
Opinions expressed on this site are just that: my opinions. The tips, information and recommendations on ShelleyElmblad.com work for me, but your mileage may vary. Use your noodle when deciding if a recommendation will work for you.
Any reviews published here are unsolicited and uncompensated. This means I buy the stuff I review myself or it’s provided to me because I think it’s worthwhile, and I haven’t been compensated to write the review.
I participate a few affiliate programs because I have had a great experience with those products or companies and I think it’s worth sharing what they offer. I earn a small amount of income from affiliate links.
